My name is Kevin Craig, and I publish a daily internet newsletter that's absolutely unconditionally guaranteed to make you more like Jesus in just 30 days. I charge only ten cents a day for this newsletter, but it may end up costing you everything you own. Those who signed America's Declaration of Independence risked "our lives, our fortunes and our sacred honor." But if you spend just 15 minutes a day seriously trying to follow the commands of Christ, you could lose much more. But you could also gain much, much more.

Nowhere in the Bible are we told that our assignment as Christians is "feeling good about ourselves." But we are told to pursue virtue:

Jesus said we must be willing to lose our life, our possessions, our friends, if we are to find the Kingdom of God. But He also said that if we pursue the Kingdom of God above all else, all these things will be added to us. If you are willing to lose your job in the pursuit of Christian virtue, virtue may reward you with a job which pays more and is more fulfilling.
Real-Life FaithMartin Luther, who lit the fuse of the Protestant Reformation, wrote:
Do you know where the battle is raging in our day? As we begin the 21st century, we look back on the most violent, barbaric, atheistic and lawless century in human history. Only a few centuries before, the Protestant Reformation led to the greatest flowering of human civilization in history, leading up to America, a land of "Liberty Under God." What happened? Over the last few years in America, over 10,000 people have been murdered each year without government approval. But over the last 100 years, across the globe, an average of 10,000 people per day have been murdered with government approval. All of these government officially reject the idea of being "under God." Each of these governments claims to be better than the others, but they are all part of the same ideology, the same secular "New World Order." Ten thousand government-approved executions per day require thousands of executioners; thousands of ordinary people just like you, who say "I need to feed my family," who are willing to kill just because the State orders them to, pays them to, or allows them to. When your boss orders you to remove a Christmas decoration from your office cubicle because it is "religious," your boss demonstrates the same lack of virtue that eventually matures into audits, harassments, confiscations, and executions.
That figure -- 10,000 murders per day -- would be much larger if we included all abortions. There are 4,000 abortions a day in the United States, 8 times more in the "former" Soviet Union, and an unknown number in China, where forced abortions are government policy. Genocide is the centerpiece of the New World Order, whose intelligentsia believe that 15,000 people must be put to death every hour in the 21st century. What will you say when your tender-aged grandchild asks, "What did you do to stop the killing, grandpa? You will not have an answer if you haven't spent at least a few minutes a day over the years diligently seeking the Kingdom of God, and adding virtue to your faith. When the government orders you to kill your "surplus" children, you will comply. And when the government orders your adult grandchildren to put you to sleep because you are a drain on our national healthcare system, a "useless eater," your grandchildren will follow in your steps. America's Founding Fathers risked everything to fight a tax that scholars estimate at 3-5%, a tax that was paid to an openly Christian and relatively non-interventionist Great Britain. Today we pay ten times more to a genocidal homosexual New World Order, ten times more than Americans risked their lives to fight in 1776. Yesterday, Americans had virtue. Today, we can't put down the remote control. Great Americans like Jefferson, Madison, and Washington would not be silent in our day. But they might be in jail. Let's Get One Thing Straight.Does Christian virtue mean pulling out a gun and nailing an IRS agent? Frankly, I don't think so. I don't think the American Revolution can be Biblically justified. But I also don't think that taxation can be justified -- not if you study the implications of the Eighth Commandment, "Thou shalt not steal." Jesus told us to pay our taxes. But He also said "Thou shalt not steal," and the Empire eventually executed Him as an anarchist.
"Anarchist?" Did you say "Anarchist?" When we think of someone who is an "anarchist," we think of someone who is the exact opposite of everything Jesus commanded His disciples to be. We think of assassins, destroyers of property, and selfish revolutionaries who seek to create chaos and disorder so that they can impose their will on society by violence. Jesus commanded us to cultivate virtue in the service of others. But amazingly, Jesus commanded His disciples to be "anarchists" -- virtuous anarchists -- and He condemned those who want credit for protecting society from so-called anarchists. Understanding this paradox is the key to exposing "that little point which the world and the devil are at this moment attacking," as Luther put it. Let's look at Mark's account of Christ's command for us to be anarchists:
Our English word "anarchist" comes from two Greek words which mean "not an archist." The English word "rule" in Mark 10 is a translation of the Greek word archein, the Greek word behind the English word "anarchist." Jesus says His disciples are not to be archists, which is to say, they are to be "an-archists." But what's an "archist?" An "archist" is someone who resorts to force and violence to overcome life's frustrations. An "archist" will compel others to do his will. But more importantly, an "archist" claims the right to use violence against others, and often claims that such violence "is for your own good." America's doctrine of "the consent of the governed" represented a direct attack on the doctrine of "the divine right of kings," which might also be called "the divine right of archists." The Disciples were often afflicted by the temptation to be archists. They wanted Jesus to use violence against the Romans, who had invaded Israel and held Israel under military occupation. Many Jews believed the coming Messiah would defeat the Romans in a stunning military battle and then rule over them from a throne in Jerusalem, and the Messiah's saints would be little archists who had the power to punish and oppress the Romans, just as the Romans had oppressed the Jews. Jesus was not the Messiah they hoped for. Jesus spoke out in no uncertain terms against "archism." Luke's parallel account in chapter 22 records Jesus debunking the myth that archists are good:
Archists have convinced us that they are our "benefactors," and without them, society would collapse into lawlessness and chaos. In fact, archists often call themselves "public servants." But the fact is that archists are lawless, and their actions (not those of "anarchists") bring chaos. We often ignore our duty to be servants because we've been told we're not "professionals" or "experts." But the greatest economists have proven that when professional archists meddle in the Free Market, they bring chaos. Do we need archists -- kings, princes, politicians, bureaucrats -- to manufacture our cars, computers, or clothing? Which system is more Christian: a system based on voluntary cooperation and harmony (capitalism) or a system based on tyranny, coercion, and prisons (socialism)? Is there any area of human action where Procter & Gamble, the Red Cross, Microsoft, and the First Baptist Church cannot successfully carry out God's commandment for us to exercise dominion over the earth? Which vital social services have been more effectively performed by Washington bureaucrats than could be provided by creative, hard-working, spiritually-energized Americans competing in and held accountable by the Free Market? This is one of the most significant issues of our day: Socialism vs. Capitalism, or archism vs. anarchism. Here are over 100 public policy areas in which the world would be better off if we were to convert all archists to capitalists right now. In order to preserve the vision of America's Founding Fathers, we must overthrow the United States: |
If you can't find the subject that interests you, contact us. Whatever subject, any area of human endeavor, can be successfully carried out on a voluntary basis, without coercion or threats by "the government." We are not to be archists, which is just another way of saying we should be anarchists. Does this mean Christians are to bomb federal buildings and assassinate leaders? Absolutely not. For these are precisely the things that archists do. The crimes committed by those who are called "anarchists" cannot come close in number or intensity to the crimes committed by "archists."
"Archists" have confiscated hundreds of billions of dollars in private property in recent years, have murdered hundreds of millions, and have deprived billions -- literally -- of liberty. And much of this has been funded or protected by the productivity of Americans. Virtuous anarchists - like Jesus - are not a threat to order and productivity. It is "archists" -- who claim to represent "the People," or "law and order" -- who are the greatest threat to God's Law, Christian order, and human productivity. Here are some of the virtuous character traits you will develop when you subscribe to The Virtuous Anarchist: If you are ready to seek first the Kingdom of God, lose your life in order to save it, plant a seed for the next generation, fight the good fight where satanic minions are most active, and if you are ready to add virtue to your faith, then you are ready to subscribe to "The Virtuous Anarchist." Your life will never be the same. For more information on how to subscribe, send a blank email to virtue@LibertyUnderGod.org If you were trained in government schools to believe that "anarchists" are bad and that "archists" are good (though you never heard the word "archist"), then you've been duped by "The Big Lie." Find out more. Sooner or later, every Christian who reads the Gospels asks, " Why was Jesus executed? Wasn't He "the Great Teacher?" Didn't Jesus tell His followers to pay their taxes? What possible reason could the government have had for treating Jesus like a criminal? In the face of "the Zealots," a popular political group bent on overthrowing the empire by force and violence, Jesus even said "Put your sword back in its place, for all who draw the sword will die by the sword." (Matthew 26:51-52). Wouldn't the government be happy if everyone was willing to pay their taxes, obey the soldiers, and put away weapons of revolution? No. The Government will not be happy until you believe The Big Lie. But Jesus told us not to believe The Big Lie. |
